Abroad Market- -Kenya exhibition

YTL, as an company of electricity meter, this Kenya exhibition brought us some Sentiment. The three years of COVID-19 have had a significant impact on the economy of China and even the whole world. China's foreign trade cannot be prevented from being hit hard. In the production link, China's export of goods has fallen sharply due to the influence of comprehensive factors such as the difficult resumption of work, the interruption of the overseas supply chain, and the obstruction of the circulation channels of personnel and materials, etc. Around the world, epidemic prevention policies have been introduced and implemented, and global trade has been greatly affected.

Under such a severe situation, we continuously improved customer experience and customer service for new customer development and remode face-to-face service for old customers by online, and the sales volume continues to grow:

Since the opening of China in 2023, in order to better serve the existing old customers and develop new customers, we plan to visit foreign new and old customers nearly 10 times this year, meet the customers face to face and give the latest technical solutions. After visiting West Africa in February, we participated in the 10th Kenya Power and Energy Exhibition in May and presented smart prepaid energy meters, postpaid / prepaid electricity metersAMI/AMR metering solution, and etc.

The Exhibition is a highly anticipated event for the energy industry. The Exhibition provide a platform for industry participants to showcase their latest products and technologies and share their knowledge and expertise with others in the industry. It will also provide a unique opportunity to explore the latest developments in renewable energy, energy storage, and the role of the private sector in the African energy sector. The exhibition received more than 30 customers from 7 countries, mainly around the smart prepaid meter for business negotiation. Get good feedback from customers during the exhibition.

Next, we will continue to attend the African exhibition and visit Africa, strengthen customer face-to-face communication and service, and prepare for the Nigeria metering Exhibition in September 2023. We look forward to more new and old customers to visit our booth.
